BottleRocket.app is a pay-at-the-door delivery service built, owned, and operating in Aylmer, Quebec.

Our Mission

Bottle Rocket was launched 🚀 to address two fundamental issues: Accessibility, and safety.
These priorities shaped our company and will always be our foremost concerns.

We recognise that some circumstances may prevent a person from leaving their home, or inhibit their ability do so in a safe manner. By delivering to our customers we can provide shopping convenience to everyone.

We aim to serve and support a responsible community and are proud to be the premier service of our kind.

How to place an order

Add products to your order by clicking:

ORDER  

From the “Cart” page you can edit the contents and quantities of your order, then continue to the checkout by clicking:

CHECKOUT

The next page will indicate if we are currently open. ( just like it does in the navigation menu. ) If it is indicated that we’re closed, we cannot guarantee that a driver is available to fulfill your order.

The final step is entering your delivery information and clicking:

PLACE ORDER

If the sign says we’re open, a driver will be notified immediately. Your driver will then contact you to confirm your order.

( A phone call is the standard method of confirmation, but users who create an account have the opportunity to receive the confirmation via text, or not at all. )

Payments are made at the time of delivery via cash, debit, credit, tap, or tap-enabled smart devices. There is no online payment required.

If an order must be cancelled, it can be done when your delivery driver contacts you to confirm your order.

In the event that an order cannot be purchased at the time of delivery, The delivery fee will be charged but the merchandise will be returned to the retailer. Such circumstances may warrant certain customers to be refused service in the future.

During operating hours, available drivers dispatch immediately. Naturally, wait times will be affected by demand and distance. However, orders are delivered chronologically, and most orders can be expected well within 30 minutes.

USER AGREEMENT

When using our service, customers must be prepared to show photo ID when purchasing age-restricted products like alcohol.

Our operating hours and current delivery-time estimations are readily available and should be consulted before placing an order.

In the event that an order is placed outside of our operating hours, customers can expect to be contacted and have their order processed during the next window of operating hours.

In the event that an order is placed containing alcoholic beverages near the legal cutoff of alcohol sales of 11:00 pm, it is possible that we will be unable to deliver your order. In this scenario you will be contacted and informed of the situation.

A free account affords multiple benefits

Verified accounts (accounts which show at least one successful delivery in the past) are given the option to receive text messages to confirm their orders (as opposed to a phone call), or no confirmation at all. Users have access to previous orders, previously made requests, and “favorites” items. Favorites allow you to keep all the products you love in one spot for ultra-fast access. With an account you never need to worry about re-typing repetitive delivery information. Our account system makes use of existing google accounts. Simply login to our website with your existing Google account. If you have ever used a Google service like gmail or youtube you already have a Google account. This way you don’t have to remember another password or confirm your email. Additionally, any device that is linked to your Google account can seamlessly be logged into your Bottle Rocket account. Most of all, with this account your password and account security is left in the hands of the world-class security measures of Google infrastructure.
